Not using PowerPoint? Please advise us if you wish to use Prezi or similar for your presentation.
I need an internet connection for my presentation. How do I ensure I have this connection?
If you need an internet connection for access to outside sites within your presentation, please also advise us so that we can make this available via Email Us
Do I need to submit my presentation in advance?
Yes, please submit your session ahead of the conference in order that it can be pre-loaded onto the presentation equipment.

What AV support do you provide?
Blackboard will provide a standard AV support package for all sessions.
Session rooms will be supplied with the equipment outlined below:
- LCD Projector
- Projection Screen
- PC with XP/IE/ Office 2010
- Please note: If using own MAC laptop – please bring your own cable
- PC Speakers
- Internet Connection
Is there speaker support available on site?
A support team will be available during the conference.
