Nigel Jeremy – Chief Learning Officer, British Airways
With experience spanning three decades, and having led the L&D and recruitment functions for a roster of companies that includes HBOS, Vodafone and EasyJet, and Marks and Spencer, Mr Jeremy is a globally recognized expert within the HR and L&D communities. In 2014, he joined British Airways as their Chief Learning Officer, responsible for all learning and development activity across this global business and iconic UK brand.
Mr Jeremy’s expertise spans all aspects of HR, with a particular focus on leadership, management and executive development and the creation of an employee centric-culture. With his impressive track record in creating talent and performance cultures, Mr. Jeremy’s presentations always find a way to make the complex issues of leadership and management psychology simple and practical in terms of deployment.

In this session, you will learn about Bosch’s pioneering initiative that is helping students get placed in the workforce. The program includes a task force of 28 athletes and sport champions, visiting 300 schools in a year. This is an important initiative for Bosch, showcasing how connecting the world of education and the world of employment can make a difference in the lives of the new workforce generation.
